The Board of Directors of Brent Shrine Credit Union Limited (trading as
„My Community Bank“) announces that it has decided today to cease the
inclusion into trading (admission to trading) of the subordinated debt
notes bearing the ISIN GB00BMD2N078, issue date 15 July 2021, scheduled
redemption maturity date 20 April 2031 and an issuance volume of GBP 15
million in the Vienna MTF pursuant to Section 8 of the “Vienna MTF”
Rulebook and in line with Clause 10.6 of the subordinated debt notes’
terms and conditions with one month’s notice, therefore with effect from
August 11, 2025.
